At our new 7-Eleven Richmond Store (658 Church St) we are taking technology to the next level by allowing customers to shop, scan and pay for their purchases via a mobile checkout app.

How? Download the app onto your mobile phone, go through a short registration process (including saving your credit or debit card) and you’re ready to shop. As you shop at our 7-Eleven Richmond store simply scan the barcode of the products you are purchasing and then ‘checkout’ via the App.

The App is location based, so you need to be inside the 7-Eleven Store at 658 Church St, Richmond to purchase products. Also make sure your mobile data is turned on.

Rest assured using the 7-Eleven Mobile Checkout app is secure as it complies with the PCI DSS global data security standard that protects user’s credit card information with every transaction. Also the app uses email authentication and your profile is password protected to ensure your details and shopping experience is secure.

Getting Started
To use the 7-Eleven Mobile Checkout App you’ll need iOS 10.0 or above.
• Download the app onto your mobile phone,
• Follow a short registration process including setting up a password and loading a debit/credit card details to make payments. The App can hold more than one card.
• Take a selfie. This enable the store team members to see that you are in-store and shopping – they are there to assist.
• In-store simply scan the barcode on products you are purchasing using your mobile phone.
• Review your basket
• Checkout & pay
